The staff displayed very nice friendliness. they showed pride in their work and diligently maintained the facilities. the location is great. It's near many restaurants and bars. the room was super clean and cozy. i rebooked a stay here a few days later, after touring the other islands.
the breakfast service was slow, even though the meal choices were good. waiting extended to 45 minutes sometimes. better timing would have.

the staff provided towels for snorkeling. they arranged bicycle rentals for island tours. they even shared their whatsapp number so i could message them any time if needed for help or advice, very helpful.

the room was spacious enough for two. the room included all essential amenities. the outdoor bathroom added a unique touch. the room had good wifi and felt quite comfortable.

the front pool had great views of the ocean. i saw mount rinjani on a clear day. breakfast had many choices and big portions. the staff always greeted me with a hello.
the curtains had some stains. that was disappointing.

friendly staffsignificant noisestained curtains
the staff was friendly and tried to assist with requests.
The noise from nearby bars was significant, lasting until late into the night. I struggled to sleep. the room cleanliness was not up to par, i noticed stains on the curtains and this detracted from the overall experience. I felt let down.

good breakfastlive entertainment
I especially liked the breakfast. There was a good choice of coffee, juice and smoothies. The menu had many options. I enjoyed the pool bar as well. It had live entertainment and frozen mojitos.
